I feel like my story is an interesting one. Back in the later part of 2017, I was planning my move to Las Vegas from Los Angeles. Mike Tchobanian was referred to me by a mutual friend, which was good. Otherwise I would have chosen a random agent, which I didn't want to do. At the time, I was dealing with the passing of my father and taking care of everything that needed to be done. Mike was extremely understanding and we both communicated with one another on a regular basis. He made sure to understand my situation and what I was looking for exactly. I took a 3 day trip to Las Vegas to look at condos to buy. My mission in those 3 days was to find a condo to buy for a good price and have a really short escrow. Since the escrow on the house I was selling in Los Angeles had already started, I wanted the escrow on my new condo to close on or before my other escrow closed. We both made lists to go through while I was in town so we could go from one property to another in a short period of time. Even after going through pretty much the entire list, I still hadn't found what I was looking for in those 3 days. I was even planning on extending my stay when something great happened. The very last condo on the list checked off all of the boxes of what I was looking for. Now the trick was to see if I could get a short escrow. The owner was not living in the property so he was ok with selling it quickly. The last hurdle of My mission was accomplished with the help of Mike Tchobanian. Get the fair market value of the house. Pretty much all of the paperwork that we had to sign and stuff was online where I could just get online and be done with it.

It's pretty much positive, the whole thing went pretty quick. Once we listed it we basically had an offer and we accepted within about five to six days. There really wasn't that much contact with him other than the original meeting. As far as getting everything organized, I thought he did very well. Everything was pretty positive.

Perfect! Actually, he went beyond his responsibility and he helped me out because of a repair. I asked him to watch the guys that were doing some repairing on the property and he did it and I loved it.
